Cassidy is the best fit for Texas.
The girls came out with real good defensive intensity. Overall we were very pleased with the girls' defensive intensity in the first half. That got us started.
We cannot overlook West, South and Peninsula. We're the type of team that if we don't come out and play hard every game, we can be knocked off. We can't look forward until that last game.
We were a little concerned about that. We were very direct with the girls that we can't allow a letdown after that game and we have to keep the same type of intensity up for this game as we did against Redondo.
I am not really upset with this. Early on we were leading them in shots and in the second half we were playing them hard. We've got to work on where we give up a goal and fall apart the next eight minutes and give up two goals.
It's been extremely difficult, really traumatizing the uncertainty of it all. Especially for those who are on in age.
The air was soft, the stars so fine, the promise of every cobbled alley so great that I thought I was in a dream.
