We are continually working to get the refinery back up in as quick and as safe a manner as we can.
We don't know what is actually going to happen. We've never been faced with this before. We have tried to put forth as much information as we could gather to convince them that this was not necessary.
We continue to see the law as flawed and not in the best interest of the state.
That's always been one of our concerns ? that there would be no local production. We knew we would have to import at least in the beginning. Whether we will have to import during the whole life of the program remains to be seen.
